At IndianChic, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request returns, refunds, or exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size or variant issues (subject to availability)
  • Products received in damaged or defective condition

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchange availability will depend on stock.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund (as applicable)

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, IndianChic will bear the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
